WHAT DATA DO WE COLLECT?
Depending on how you use our Services, we may collect different kinds of Information. Any Information you provide to us or input into the Service is collected. Examples of the types of Personal Information we collect include: name, address, email, phone number, geographic location (if you provide it, or if you are using a mobile device), social media account information (user names, etc. if you log in via a social media application), unique mobile ID (if you log on via a mobile device), your Stripe Account Information. If you create a Fundraiser, we may also collect the following additional information: your legal person or business name, your legal address, your tax ID, your date of birth, your bank account information. You may also be asked to provide certain information to validate your identity. This information may include: your gender, your driver’s license (or other government issued ID) number, or other any other personal information we deem necessary to reasonably validate identity.
We also collect Information about how you use the Services, including your frequency of use, your account content, your email communications with us, your posts or messages using your account, your Fundraisers, and Fundraisers you contribute to. We collect Information if you sync or link the Services to a third party service, such as a social media site. Sometimes, we work with third party partners (including advertisers and social media sites), and we may receive Information about you from these third party partners as well. We may obtain address and other information about you from third party sources for fraud prevention or for legal compliance.
When you browse our Website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Any data you provide as part of a contest or survey will also be stored. If you join our mailing list, your data will be stored.
As a Fundraiser Organizer, you can invite others who are helping you with your Fundraiser to join your Fundraiser team, or ask others to contribute to your Fundraiser. If you provide any names and/or email addresses for these individuals, we will collect these email addresses. Any individual may contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request that we remove this information.
WHO ELSE CAN SEE MY INFORMATION?
Certain Information you post to your account is available to the public. You should not have any expectation of privacy or confidentiality for such Information. Your name and (if you provide it) location are publicly displayed in your account page.
Your Information may be searchable via search engines and third party websites, and copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or if other users have copied or stored your Information (even if you remove the Information). It is important to remember that individuals accessing the Information may use it or disclose it to others without your knowledge. Please consider this when determining what private or personal information you decide to share on your account.
To request removal of your Information from your account, please contact us at support@ kanokalo.com. In some cases, we may not be able to remove your Information, in which case we will let you know if we are unable to do so and why. The profile you create on our site will be publically visible only if you choose to donate and post your name on the campaign’s donations list.
We may display testimonials of various users on our site (in addition to third party endorsements). With your consent, we may post your testimonial along with your name and picture. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us using the information below.
If you are connected to a social media site, then your friends and other users of the social media site will be able to see certain Information, depending on your privacy settings for that particular site.
WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
We use Information we collect to help our Services create a better experience for you. Collecting Information about how you use our Services and our Website helps us provide you with better service, including understanding which features are the most interesting to you. We may also use the Information to help you connect with others, including friends and third parties.

We collaborate with third parties in an effort to provide you with a better user experience. If you are a Fundraiser Organizer, we may share your name, email address, and other contact information with any Contributor who alleges that you have failed to comply with your Fundraiser commitments.
HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?
Your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all Personal Information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
We use regular malware scanning. We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.
We may store Information in locations outside our direct control (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers). Credit card numbers are never stored on our database or servers.
Unfortunately, even with these measures, we cannot guarantee the security of Information. By using our Website and Services, you acknowledge and agree that we make no such guarantee, and that you use our Website and Services at your own risk. We do not accept liability for any unintentional disclosure or a disclosure that occurs due to a security breach of our systems or facilities.

You may stop using the Services at any time, and delete your account. You may ask us to remove certain Information from your account, but you understand that you may no longer be become a user or use the Services after the removal of such Information.
